Dorney Lake, Windsor
Dorney Lake is a world class rowing centre in a spectacular, 400 acre parkland setting near Windsor. Chosen to host the World Rowing Championships 2006, the Lake is also a designated Olympic and Paralympic Games 2012 venue for rowing and flat water canoeing.
An inspirational environment, somewhere to learn new skills and create a reference point for the future. We have the ability to leverage the whole site to enable a variety of programmes, ranging from Team Building to Leadership Development. The facility offers you the right type of environment learning alongside world and olympic champions.
You could be on the water (rowing, canoing, bell boats, dragon boats), orienteering around the parkland, communicating from the control tower, managing diverse resources or even trying your hand at the selection of experiential activities onsite.
The site provides excellent facilities: full onsite catering, licensed bar and several breakout rooms, all of which help to create a fantastic experience. www.dorneylake.com. Please check the website for some more local information including a map and directions.
