A two day Celemi Manufacturing Business Simulation with the European Sales Management Team for West Pharmaceuticals in Koln, Germany.

Through our business partner Celemi, Bramley Lakes was asked to deliver the Apples and Oranges Manufacturing simulation to the European Sales Management Team in Koln. This two day programme covered all topics from cash-flow, balance sheets, profit and loss statements and working capital. The interactive programme allowed participants to think like business owners , experience running a company, preparing accounts and strategic decision making.

Through the simulation participants learnt how:

Daily decisions impact the company strategically and financially.

Small changes in operations can significantly improve bottom line results.

Their business generates profits today – and how it will need to generate profits in the future.

This will pave the way for sound future business decisions.
