Presenting to a conference audience of 120+ on collaborative partnerships, using a bespoke interactive workmat.
Through our relationship with Ergo Consulting, Bramley Lakes was asked to support the launch of the Bigger Picture at the South London HIV Partnership conference. To an audience of over 120 people from various organisations we produced an engaging presentation, with audience participation, on the subject of collaborative partnerships.
By taking our experiential approach we developed an interactive workmat concept where each table worked as a mini team through the exercises and topics. The focus on this session was collaboration so topics of discussion where Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and delivery of Results.
The workmat concept allows each person to fully contribute through their own experience and the outcome was truly a team effort with alignment and clarity of the objectives.

Customer Feedback:
Dear Steve and Mike,
I wanted to personally say a big thank you to you both for your contribution to our conference.
Your session was both informative and got people to be interactive at the hardest part of the day after lunch (i.e. the graveyard shift)!
From the feedback that I have had it has all been very positive and everyone valued the contribution of your activity to get them to think about team-working and how that supports good partnership working. Your delivery was both entertaining and professional and I personally learnt a lot.
I hope that we are able to work together in the future and will be happily referring you on to colleagues.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if I can be of any assistance and once again thank you.
Best wishes
Sima
