Iain Wilson, Facilitator

Iain has over 20 years experience leading and managing high performance teams, crossing over from an engineering background within the Royal Air Force (RAF) to a training and development professional in the food manufacturing industry with Bernard Matthews Farms. Having held senior management positions throughout his career, Iain has been able to assimilate well grounded theory into practical solutions that have delivered quantifiable business and personal objectives, and is recognised for his capacity to add value, enthusiasm and experience to all the groups he works with.

Iain has also been very successful in aligning leadership and management capacity to his leisure activities, predominately rugby and outdoor pursuits. Iain played rugby for the RAF and Combined Services and went on to play at a senior level for Lincolnshire.
