Steve Turner, Managing Director
 Steve's background is in Global and European Management, managing Sales and Consulting teams. His sporting experience at World and Olympic level (rowing) combined with a passion for developing people, enable him to help clients achieve their ambitions. Steve is a qualified SDI Practitioner and Executive Coach and spends most of his time helping people reach new performance goals with 1:1 coaching and facilitated workshops. His style is open and engaging, providing an ideal learning environment. He spends his spare time playing golf and messing about on the water.
