May Gurney
Objective:
May Gurney engaged their existing trainees, senior managers and Bramley Lakes to run an Induction Day for new graduates, trainees and apprentices, in which they completed and competed in several problem-solving challenges, including high ropes and building and racing rafts at Bramley Lakes' Norwich location.
Testimonial
"The Induction Day is an annual event designed to help trainees develop a practical understanding of May Gurney's vision, develop contacts within the company, understand policies and procedures, and set expectations of how their development will be managed during their career with the company.
It's an excellent way for the candidates to get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere, and a fun and enjoyable way to start their careeers with us. It's also a chance for us to share our vision of where the company is going, and how they'll play a valuable role in helping us achieve our goals. Everyone who attended found it an enjoyable and valuable experience and left feeling involved and important to the company. We're already looking forward to the next Induction Day at Bramley Lakes in 2008."
